Amazon.co.uk Review
The Thunderbirds are back, and this time with the advent of the computer, have found themselves on the Game Boy Color.

Commanding all the vehicles from the Thunderbirds series, including the Mole and FAB 1, Thunderbirds offers any fan the chance to drive, fly and even dig their way out of the most difficult situations.

Based around the technology of parallax scrolling, the gameplay is viewed from the top down or from side to side as you race against the clock to save hostages, disarm bombs and anything else the evil hood can throw at you.

Throughout the 18-plus levels across six different environments, there are plenty of opportunities for assistant, and with three different difficulty levels, the game can ease you into the action at your own speed. Within the levels, help is offered by talking to Thunderbird 5, or merely getting a tip on where to head next, and allows you get yourself unstuck without spoiling the game.

The graphics for Thunderbirds are your standard cute Game Boy graphics and its great fun to see Virgil, Scott and the rest of the gang ordering you around at the start of each mission.

Whether you are a Thunderbirds fan or not, this game is great fun, and with differently styled missions, there enough here to keep any a fickle player entertained. --Stuart Miles
