Island Xtreme Stunts is a theme that was introduced in 2002 and was discontinued a year later in 2003. It was based on the success of the 1997 video game, LEGO Island, and the 2001 video game, LEGO Island 2: The Bricksters Revenge. A video game based on this theme was made for the PC, PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance and released in late 2002.

Although the theme is said to have been released in 2002, a promotional set that was part of it, 3925 Brickster Key Chain, was released in late 2001.
