In this game, we continue to explore the historical period in which the first part of SAMURAI WARRIORS from 2004 took place.
With graphics that have evolved greatly since the first SAMURAI WARRIORS, more WARRIORS officers and improved actions, an even deeper drama is depicted in the Warring States.
The game focuses on the lives of officers Nobunaga Oda and Mitsuhide Akechi to more clearly and intensely portray the Warring States era, which spans from the end of the ?nin War to the Incident at Honn?ji. The game is the beginning of a new series where the stories and characters of the traditional SAMURAI WARRIORS have been enhanced.

Officers such as young Nobunaga Oda, known as the Great Fool, and daimy? Yoshimoto Imagawa, who was called the Greatest Archer in all of Kaid?, appear with new designs that match the environment of the game.
Additionally, new officers such as Toshimitsu Sait?, Mitsuhide Akechis retainer, and K?ga ninja Mitsuki join the fray. A total of 27 Samurai Warriors weave their destinies together to create a dramatic Warring States Era.
