But not enough for Michael to find out who he is and what happened to the world out there. The great wave, the dissolved... are but hollow words in his plundered mind. Help Michael face a rotten reality, a universe that is disappearing.
Face a merciless world that gets sick and disappears. Faced with no past, no present, no future. Meet the approaching moment of dead synchronicity. And you better hurry. Otherwise...what will you do when time dissolves itself?
A terrible pandemic turns all of humanity into the Dissolved - the sick whose delusions endow them with supernatural cognitive powers... but also steer them toward a gruesome death.
The root of this disease appears to be the Great Wave, an inexplicable chain of natural disasters that destroyed all energy sources and communications and plunged the world into chaos ruthlessly controlled by both the authorities and the military.
You must help Michael, a man without a past, recover his identity and decode the events that brought the world to the brink of collapse. Because if Michael doesnt hurry, he wont be able to avoid the impending moment of dead synchronicity... when time dissolves itself.
Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow comes Today is a 2D point and click adventure with a script with dystopian overtones. The game celebrates classic adventures (The Secret of Monkey Island, Broken Sword, Day of the Tentacle...) but revolves around a more mature theme, in the style of games like I have no mouth and I must scream or Sanitarium.
