Resident Evil Village continues the story of Ethan Winters, which was first introduced in Resident Evil 7 Biohazard.
Resident Evil Village combines pulse-pounding action with the signature survival horror synonymous with the Resident Evil series. The developers have revealed several new details and features that harken back to popular elements of previous games. Ethan will now be able to buy and sell items, purchase crafting recipes and modify weapons from a merchant named The Duke. Using materials found throughout the game, he will be able to craft invaluable consumables needed to survive the horrors of the village. More strategic planning will need to be involved with inventory and space management within it.
