Bolivia, a few years in the future. The beautiful South American country has become the largest cocaine producer in the world. The influence of the infamous Santa Blanca cartel has turned the country into a drug state of lawlessness, fear and violence. The cartel has risen to a formidable authority within the underworld and poses a global threat.
