EyeToy: Groove is a game that is completely dedicated to dance, and it contains more popular dance hits than you have sequins on the jacket. Now you can really take out those hip swings (remember you have to have an EyeToy USB camera to be able to play). Dance floor magnets like Junior Seniors Move Your Feet, JXLs Little Less Conversation and Groove Armadas Superstylin are crowded with disco classics like ABC with The Jacksons, Lets Groove by Earth Wind and Fire and Kool & The Gangs infamous Jungle Boogie.

In terms of gameplay, the principle is similar to that in the dance games in EyeToy: Play: six icons appear on the screen, you are seen in the middle of the screen, and you must try to hit the different icons when smiley guys fly past them in time with the music. There is also a large banana-like thing that you have to catch before it drifts away, as well as a star that you have to lead across the screen by pushing it in time with its movements. If you do well, you get to play in the Freestyle mode, which basically means that you will be filmed for about 10 seconds when you do your cruelest dance steps in front of the camera.
