Resident Evil Revelations takes players to events that fall between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5. At the same time, Revelations reveals the backgrounds of the T-Abyss virus. Residents of Evil Revelations will see favorites Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield, as well as BSAA members Parker Luciani and Jessica Sherawat.

The action starts off from the supposedly abandoned Queen Zenobia, where the face of horror raises its head. From there, events continue to the land, all the way to the destroyed city of Terragrigia. Minor ammunition and weapons further accentuate the difficulty of surviving the horrors.

Resident Evil Revelations has been upgraded in the game console and computer version to a high level of full HD resolution. Stunning lighting and sound effects tend to create a horror-filled atmosphere along with the monsters the game offers. Resident Evil Revelations has also been expanded with a new difficulty level option, new enemies, and improvements to the Raid game mode. New weapons, skills and playable characters are promised.

Resident Evil Revelations also works in conjunction with Residentevil.net, which offers additional content immediately after the game is released.
