In a global assault, LEGION has taken control of the worlds nations, and the only force that can stop them is MAYHEM, whose super-agents are summoned to the city of Seoul, South Korea, led by the mysterious Persephone Brimstone. An evil plan is set in motion by LEGION minister Doctor Babylon and his diabolical minions to build a world-changing machine capable of giving immeasurable power to the supervillain organization. To stop LEGION and take back the world, Mayhems agents must travel across a sprawling, ground-to-ceiling urban battlefield and work together as a super-agent collective to stop LEGION at all costs.
