In GALAK-Z both stealth and skill are required to defeat truly intelligent enemies. You will be forced to outsmart enemies that think, react and cooperate like seasoned pilots! Master your ships sublimely-honed controls as you blast enemies, unleash missile salvos, and even toss your opponents, mech-style, to their explosive demise.
INSPIRATION AND INNOVATION
GALAK-Z obviously pays homage to the classic games that invaded dark arcades and home consoles in the 1980s and stellar coin-ops such as Asteroids, Gradius and R-Type, and titles like Solar Jetman on the NES.
But while rooted in classic tradition, GALAK-Z also combines the aesthetic punch of modern 2D games (like deep parallax and killer effects!) With the sophistication of 3D FPS â such as cutting-edge, enemy AI for deeper, more intense dog fights . Think of it as a classic shooter â on (a) steroids.

GALAK-Z has a reputation for being as hard as a frozen brick - and for that we are proud. However, we also realize not everyone is looking for a good ol kick in the teeth from the evil Imperial Navy. Enter Arcade mode! Offered alongside our tough-as-old-space-boots Rogue mode, Arcade mode allows you to replay failed missions any number of times until you conquer them and are ready to move on. So⦠itll be easy ?! On H! Death still looms around every corner, and progress-saves at the end of each mission mean you still have to play it safe. But youre now able to take on each mission with a virtual roll of quarters stacked on the cabinet. Its GALAK-Z with a little less of the stress of permadeath space combatâ¦
