If you have guests, theyll no longer have to go through the cumbersome process of creating a character - theyll be able to just jump in with a pre-made one. Similarly, its dead easy for players to pop in and out, so you wont be standing around waiting for other players to get back from doing debauched rawk things in the toilet. Add in a No Fail option to stop you having to repeat tracks and partygoers are onto a winner. Rock Band 2 also comes with ramped-up online functionality. Theres a Battle of the Bands mode that pits players against a series of constantly-updated challenges, competing against other players online. Owners of the first Rock Band will also be able to import songs from the original Rock Band and any downloadable content theyve bought, meaning therell be no messing about trying to re-download it or shelling out your hard-earned cash for a second time.
