Armored Core 3 takes you to a place where a devastating war has wiped out most human life on the planet. Those who are still alive have retreated to underground facilities. They are relatively safe there. But a new and mysterious entity has entered the picture and is snapping up all the crows available for intense missions that can handle only their Custom-Built Armored Core units.

I liked its predecessors, Armored Core 3 provides the action of the giant robot in 3D environments. You explore huge underground cities, tracking down enemy units and blowing them through the air. Improvements over previous games in the series include the use of analog buttons, more expansive environments and four-player action through Multitap.
