The game builds on the original games innovative gameplay, action and music, which has won cult status among fans and over 70 industry awards. The single player mode in Portal 2 introduces new dynamic characters, a series of new puzzles, and many more treacherous test chambers. Players can now explore new exciting areas at Aperture Science Labs and reunite with GLaDOS, the occasionally murderous computer colleague who guided them through the original game.

The new CoOp mode forces players to re-evaluate all the knowledge they think they have about portals in the completely independent campaign with unique action, test chamber, and two new player characters. To succeed, players must both act and think in the same way.
